a. Long Press light button to turn on the device. b. Press the fountain button once to enter Maximum Spray mode, the Fountain will spray at maximum height. Since the fountain system needs to be activated, even in max fountain mode, it will take a little time to start spraying up to the highest. c. If there is no water spray, or the water spray is not high, we recommend that you can completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running.

If the battery only lasts about two hours with full charge:

The fountain comes with a convenient automatic shut-off system that takes effect after two hours of use. If you want to continue using it, just turn it on again.
